Through health questionnaires and functional tests, your programmes are tailored to suit your body and lifestyle. 

When working together, there are options to carry out tests such as gut, stress, DNA, or blood to get the information we need.

Get to Know Me...

Hi, I'm Amanda, a personal trainer, registered nutritional therapist, and someone who truly understands the complex relationship between food, fitness, and self-love.

My own journey hasn’t always been smooth. For many years, I struggled with a disordered relationship with food, using it as a source of control rather than nourishment or pleasure. But through my own personal healing and learning, I transformed my approach to health and fitness. 

I studied Personal Training and later Nutritional Therapy to support both my journey to healthier living and the health and wellbeing of others. My view on health, food, and movement has transformed over the years I my knowledge has expanded.  Now, it's not only my work but also my passion.

Today, I’m thriving. I’ve discovered how to fuel my body for both performance and joy, and I recently put that mindset to the test by competing in a HYROX competition. It was a rewarding challenge, and it deepened my belief that food should be something that supports your goals while still allowing space for pleasure and enjoyment.


As a trainer and therapist, my passion is helping others find balance, build confidence, and feel like the best version of themselves, whether that’s in the gym, through nutrition, or in daily life. I’m here to empower you to overcome obstacles and build a healthy relationship with food and fitness—without restrictions or guilt.

My Remedy

Nutrition

When we fuel our bodies with nutritious foods, it helps us physically and mentally; we feel more energised, focused, and emotionally balanced with the right diet.

Movement

This is my mood-booster. By moving my body in whatever form it might be, I immediately feel better. Movement improves our cognitive function, increases our energy, improves our sleep, and also reduces stress.

Nature

My escape. Getting outside also helps to reduce stress and improve mood but also helps bring a sense of peace and clarity of mind. It also helps increase increases your creativity levels.

Mindfulness

Incorporating mindfulness into your routine—whether through meditation, breathing exercises, or simply being present—can greatly enhance the benefits of good nutrition, movement, and time spent in nature!
